Sustainability Strategies in Organisations

Caleb works with organisations to help steer them towards a robust review and response to the challenges of sustainability and to achieve effective change. We aim to ensure that Clients are in a good position to work with stakeholders on issues such as Corporate Social Responsibility reporting or participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project. A robust review leading to effective change should avoid the problems of “green-wash” and the resulting reputational risk.

Caleb can assist you with your sustainability strategy by offering:

• sustainability systems reviews of organisations or operational functions

• a systematic assessment of your supply chain to identify the risks and to manage them via sustainable procurement

• communication of strategies via CSR (Corporate Sustainability Report)

• ‘foresight services’ – advising on current/future areas of concern/opportunity that may have a bearing on the sustainability of your organisation.
